The main reason for moving to Reedge was the need for a more modern move management experience, explains CEO Robert-Jan Voerman.

Migrating from an existing move management system requires precision and trust. Together with the Voerman team, Reedge set up a detailed Implementation Plan, supported by a clear checklist of requirements and validation steps.

To ensure a smooth and risk-free transition, Voerman ran their previous system alongside Reedge during the migration phase. This allowed staff to thoroughly test the new platform, experience the differences firsthand and compare their former workflows with Reedge’s more modern approach — resulting in a confident and controlled go-live.

Packed with Features for a Global Operation

As a large international relocation company, Voerman places high demands on its move management platform. The organization uses a Reedge Enterprise subscription, combined with several powerful modules and integrations.

The Resource Management Module enables close collaboration between coordinators and planners while providing continuous insight into available capacity. In addition, the Warehouse Management Module is used to coordinate warehouse activities and maintain a clear overview of storage capacity.

Voerman’s survey and crew applications are fully integrated with Reedge, allowing coordinators and crews to work together seamlessly. Finally, an integration with Exact ensures a reliable and worry-free financial ecosystem.
