Reedge B.V. (hereinafter: “Reedge”, “we” or “us”) develops and provides software for move management and related services. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

We only process personal data that is necessary for providing and improving our services.

When creating and using a Reedge account, we may process the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Login credentials (hashed password)
  • Role and permissions within the account

2.2 Usage and technical data

When you use our website or application, we may automatically process certain data, including:

  • Browser and device type
  • Operating system
  • Log files and error reports
  • Cookie IDs and similar online identifiers

Under the GDPR, these data may qualify as personal data, particularly when they are linked to an account or identifiable user.

Reedge uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and application.

Cookies may contain personal data, such as cookie IDs, and are considered personal data under the GDPR when they can be linked to a user or account.

  • Inactive accounts: up to 12 months after account termination, unless requested otherwise by the data subject
  • Administrative and billing data: in accordance with statutory tax retention periods (generally 7 years)

Reedge takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

These measures include, among others:

  • Encryption where appropriate
  • Secure connections (SSL/TLS)
  • Access controls and role-based permissions

In addition, Reedge implements organisational measures, including:

  • Restricting physical access to office locations to authorised personnel only
  • Ensuring that employees are trained in data protection and GDPR-compliant handling of personal data
  • Regular evaluation of security measures

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to restriction of processing
