Some sub-processors are located in or may process data in the United States. Where Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Reedge ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where applicable, or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms in accordance with the GDPR.
Reedge may update this list of sub-processors from time to time. Controller will be informed of material changes where required under applicable data protection law.
