With platform version 2.31 we add a lot of small enhancements that make working in Reedge even more convenient.
Reopen Closed AssignmentÂ
- A new user role permission controls who can reopen closed assignments. Administrators now have finer control over who can make changes after an assignment is completed.
Legal Name for Invoices and Quotes
- Company settings now include a legal name field that is used on invoices and quotes. Your official company name now appears correctly on financial documents, even when it differs from your company name within Reedge.
Revert Approved Invoices to Draft
- Approved draft invoices can now be returned to draft status. This makes it easy to correct an invoice before it is finalized and sent.
Online Preview of Final Debtor Invoices
- Final debtor invoices can now be previewed online before they are sent. This helps you spot errors early and avoid reissuing invoices.
Maintenance Reminders for Vehicles
- Vehicles can now be given a maintenance frequency based on their expiration date. This keeps servicing on schedule and works together with the new maintenance reminders. Notifications now remind you when a maintenance expiration date is approaching. This helps you plan maintenance in time and keep your fleet compliant.
AND/OR Logic for To Do Conditions
- To Do conditions can now be combined using AND or OR logic. This gives you more precise control over when tasks are created and shown.
Green Light Button on All Assignment Templates
- The green light button is now available on all assignment templates. Teams can confirm assignments quickly and consistently, whichever template they use.
Company-Specific Lead Origins
- Lead origins can now be created centrally and assigned to one or more companies, so each origin appears in the lead origin dropdown for the right customers. This lets us adapt lead tracking to your sales channels much faster.
Multi-Select Companies for Work Ticket Types
- Work ticket types can now be linked to several companies at once. This saves time when the same ticket type applies across multiple customers.
Clear Option for Assignment Date Fields
- Date fields on assignments now include a clear option. You can remove a date in one click instead of working around it.
