Reedge version 2.28 adds a new company setting for numeric data, new vehicle types and other convenient improvements.
New company setting
- A decimal separator setting has been added to company settings, allowing you to configure whether numbers are displayed with a comma or a period as the decimal separator
Resource Management module
- New vehicle type options have been added to the Admin Dashboard for the Resource Management module, providing admins with more flexibility in vehicle types when configuring their fleet in Reedge
Customer Portal preparation
- In preparation of the launch of our upcoming new Customer Portal, it is now possible in Reedge to assign To Do's directly to customers who have been invited to the Customer Portal, improving collaboration and task ownership between you and your customers
Other improvements
- A new visual indicator has been added for orders that had been previously closed and are then reopened
- We have also made several improvements to the user flow for reopening closed orders
- The reopen order option will now only be shown for active assignments, reducing confusion and preventing incorrect actions on inactive records
- Improvements to currency rate consistency across the financial screens have been made: when a line item is updated, all rows in the table are now automatically recalculated using the same new exchange rate as the update line item for consistency. This ensures totals are always consistent and correctly reflect the applied rates across all lines
- Freight volume can no longer be edited when an assignment is inactive, preventing unintended changes to closed moves
- The assignment initiation flow now also includes high value items, allowing users to provide this information as part of an initiation request
- Similarly, a salutation dropdown field has been added to the initiation flow
