Reedge version 2.25 introduces new email notifications and email notification settings, as well as new functionality related to documents. These are introduced alongside other new features, quality-of-life improvements, optimizations and fixes.
Email notifications
- Receive email notifications that mirror your in-app notifications, so you can stay informed even when you are not actively working in Reedge at that moment.
- Email notifications can now be activated on a user level, so each team member controls if they want to receive updates per email.
Export and download documents
- Export a purchase order as a PDF directly from an assignment.
- Download documents straight from the work ticket summary.
- Download option added to the Leads page.
Work ticket improvements
- Hide certain parts of the work ticket to keep the view focused on what matters.
- Notifications for the work ticket creator when a ticket is updated by an external agent.
- Notifications for newly received work tickets.
- A tooltip now shows work ticket notes directly from the work ticket pages.
- All filters are always switched on by default on work ticket pages, for a consistent overview.
Company settings
- Default quote notes field, applied across new quotes.
- Setting to block a vendor invoice when it exceeds total costs, helping prevent overbilling.
- Setting to choose between mandatory and optional cost centers and charge codes.
Invoices
- Recurring invoices can now be configured for automated sending, with a configurable number of days to review the draft beforehand. When left off, the existing draft behaviour stays the same.
- Clearer distinction between draft and final invoice states with a 'Draft' watermark when previewing or downloading a draft invoice.
- Additional invoice details and display settings when using the Reedge invoice template.
Language support
- Added German and Portuguese language support.
- Salutations related to a customer or contact person are now shown in the recipient's language.
- Added and updated language and translations for several notifications.
Small improvements and fixes
- The billing party selection is now preserved during assignment creation, so your reporting setup stays intact from the start.
- Updated the required flight number format validation to enable three-digit flight numbers.
- Extended search functionality: you can now search for vessel names in the Reedge search bar.
