Today we have released Reedge Platform version 2.23. This update provides enhancements to order management, searching, usability, and system stability, along with several bug fixes and other optimizations.
New Features & Enhancements
Several new features and feature enhancements have been added:
- Billing party field added to order screens – Helps you set reporting correctly from the start.
- Addresses now visible when searching – When looking up customers, agents, or accounts, their address is shown alongside the search results.
- Lat Krabang port added – Added to the list of available seaports.
- Search airports by IATA code – Quickly find airports using their IATA code.
- “Date of today” button – Added to date selection components for faster input.
- Search bar in internal contact selector – Makes finding the right assignment contact much easier.
- On-screen updates improved – More actions now update the interface without requiring a manual page refresh, giving the system a smoother, more responsive feel.
- Entitled volume shown in status bar – When filled in for your shipment, the entitled volume is now displayed in the status bar.
UX & Workflow Improvements
For an even smoother workflow, we have optimized the following functionality:
- Assigning a to-do to a colleague – You can now select a colleague instantly without adding them to the assignment first. Irrelevant options have also been removed.
- Creating a work ticket – The current user is now automatically selected as the work ticket contact. Unnecessary options have been removed.
- All assignments widget – Improved for better speed and appearance.
- User list in admin dashboard – Optimized to eliminate the occasional loading delay.
- Prevent changing vendor on accepted work tickets – This is no longer possible, ensuring data integrity.
Bug Fixes
This release includes several bug fixes to provide an optimal user experience.
